Our Journey: The Story of Lloyd Laboratories

1989

Lloyd Laboratories, Inc. commenced its journey in 1989 as a contract packaging firm in Marikina City, Philippines, starting with just 10 employees.

1992

In 1992, we relocated our operations to Bulacan, where we established a state-of-the-art manufacturing plant. This move marked a pivotal moment in our growth, allowing us to expand our capabilities and reach.

1994

The Bulacan plant became operational in 1994 with the commissioning of our Penicillin Department. This was the beginning of our commitment to producing high-quality pharmaceutical products.

1995

By December 1995, we completed our Non-Penicillin operations and other support departments, further solidifying our position in the industry and enhancing our production capacity.

In December 2004, Lloyd Laboratories took a significant step towards growth by decentralizing its operations. This strategic move involved relocating the Marketing and Finance Departments to our Quezon City office, where they now operate alongside our mother subsidiary company.

With a dedicated workforce of 900 employees, we are proud to operate state-of-the-art facilities, including POTENT BLOCK and MPB BLOCK, which are essential to our pharmaceutical manufacturing capabilities.

Since our inception in 1989 in Marikina, we have evolved into a leading pharmaceutical toll manufacturer, serving markets in the Philippines, India, and Indonesia. Our commitment to quality and innovation has positioned us as a trusted partner in the industry.
