Product Development
- Preformulation studies of pharmaceutical dosage forms of tablets, capsules, caplets, dry powder suspension, liquid preparations, creams and ointments.
- Preformulation studies of related products: Customix (Veterinary), food, and cosmetic lines.
- Development of stable formulation for all pharmaceutical and related products.
- Preparation of samples, protocols and other documents for registration of products with the Bureau of Food and Drugs (BFAD) and Bureau of Animal Industry (BAI).
- Submission of samples and documents of products for registration to the BFAD, BAI and other necessary government agencies.
- Preparation of Master Production Records for all products manufactured following CGMP requirements.
Product Management
Receipt and proper storage of all raw materials and packaging materials from suppliers and traders.
- Providing complete inventory of raw materials needed for production.
- Maintaining required temperature and relative humidity for the effective storage of all materials and finished products in the Warehouse.
- Prompt delivery or shipment of finished products to the traders' or clients' warehouses.
