LLOYD LABORATORIES, INC. began as Lloyd Pharmaceuticals, Inc. in Marikina,
Philippines on February 27, 1989. It started solely as a repacker for medicines
in blister form. The stringent requirements of the Bureau of Food and Drugs
(BFAD) that every repacker should have complete quality control facilities
paved the way for Lloyd to upgrade as total contract toll manufacturer.

Lloyd Laboratories, Inc.'s manufacturing complex is located in a 4-hectare lot at the First Bulacan
Industrial City in Malolos, Bulacan, a progressive economic zone north of Manila.

EFFICIENCY DEFINED
Fifteen thousand square meters of floor space hold facilities for Penicillin,
Cefalexin, Steroid, Non-penicillin and Veterinary processing sections,
along with machineries for cosmetics, household, and food products.
Provisions for expansion are being set up to accommodate larger inventories
and new product lines for new products.
